DO I NEED TO DRY CLEAN THE DRESS?
Nope – leave that to us! Every hire includes professional dry cleaning, so all you need to do is enjoy your event. Steamer only if required before your event, please no ironing of the dresses.
WHAT IF MY DRESS ARRIVES WITH CREASES?
Each dress is cleaned and steamed before it leaves us. If you notice a few light creases, please don’t iron it.
Instead - Use a clothes steamer on a low setting
WHAT IF I SPILL SOMETHING ON THE DRESS?
Accidents happen, and we totally get it. Please don’t try to clean the dress yourself – just let us know. Our professional cleaners handle food, drink, and makeup stains every day. If the stain is easily removed you won’t be charged but more serious damage or repairs may incur an additional fee as set out in our T&Cs.
HOW DO I RETURN THE DRESS?
Easy! Pop the dress into the prepaid satchel provided and drop it in any YELLOW Express Post box or Post Office on your return date. We’ll even send you an SMS/email reminder so you don’t forget.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY ORDER LATE?
Our dresses are often booked for back-to-back events, so late returns can affect the next customer. If your return is late, a fee will be charged to your card as outlined in the T&CS.

DOES GO FROCK YOURSELF HAVE A STORE?
No, we are purely an online service at this stage.
DO YOU SHIP AUSTRALIA-WIDE?
Absolutely. We use Express Post for next-day delivery to all major cities. Just select Express Post at checkout.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A DRESS WILL FIT?
We stock a range of sizes (6–14, depending on the style and availability). If you’re unsure, reach out via email or messenger – we’ll happily provide garment measurements and help you choose.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK?
You can secure your dress up to 6 months ahead. To be safe, we recommend starting your hire the day before your event so the dress is ready without any last-minute stress.
HOW LONG CAN I HIRE A DRESS FOR?
Our standard hire periods are 4 days or 8 days. Need it longer? Just contact us for a custom quote.
WHAT IF MY RETURN DATE FALLS ON A SUNDAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY?
No stress. If returning by post, lodge your satchel in an Express Post box on your scheduled date.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Express Post usually arrives in 1–2 business days to metro areas. For regional and rural addresses, we recommend selecting an 8-day hire to allow extra time.
