Customer acknowledges full responsibility for any item received during a rental period. This possession period begins the moment Australia Post delivers the item and ends once the customer lodges the return. It includes any time the item is not physically in the customer’s hands—such as when damage occurs after delivery but before collection.
Customer agrees to be liable for any damage or significant alteration to the item’s condition during this time. If damage occurs, Go Frock Yourself will assess the situation and determine appropriate fees. These fees will not exceed the item’s Recommended Retail Price (RRP) or its original purchase price—whichever is greater.
Both the lender and customer agree that Go Frock Yourself will make reasonable efforts to recover fair compensation from the customer. Final compensation is determined at Go Frock Yourself’s discretion, taking into account factors such as the garment’s condition at the time of hire, its retail value, previous wear, and the customer’s ability or willingness to pay. Our aim is to ensure the lender is fairly compensated without exceeding the item’s market value or charging the customer more than the original retail price.
By using the platform, both lenders and customers agree to accept the final resolution as determined by Go Frock Yourself.
